Frequently Asked Questions provides solutions to common questions relating to Neado Designs. For your answers, please check here prior to advancing to the other options.
A: We encourage you to take your time exploring our site before selecting the Order Now navigation tab. Once you have completed Order Now: Step 1 of 3, you will instantly have access to your interactive Client Admin Account, where you can Submit your Project Today! Select the Client Admin navigation tab, and login using the email address and password that you just registered with. You begin with submitting your project(s) in Work Submission (where you will later be accessing Work Previews via Work Ticket correspondence.) A 1 hour minimum must be purchased prior to starting or resuming your project. We supply you with a customized Timesheet and a convenient File Toolbox. Edit Account Details is also available to you.
A: For an idea of how many hours you need, please see our Project Samples, otherwise request a Free Quote through Contact Us Via Email or your Client Admin Account (Work Submission - Create New Project, then fill in your project details and check Yes.)
A: Yes, we work until you run out of time. A 1 hour minimum must be purchased prior to starting or resuming your project. If you have received a Free Quote, we suggest that you purchase the recommended hours, rather than just a few (you'll often get a better rate, and the starting, stopping, and resuming of your project tends take longer and wastes time.) Remember any leftover time (down to the minutes) will remain in your account, with no expiration!
A: Typically, a project can be completed in a matter of weeks. For a more specific time frame, please ask when requesting your Free Quote. The total price depends on how many hours you purchase upfront (which rate you receive) and how much time your project takes.
A: Our Client Admin Account system facilitates the utmost personal input. In the Work Ticket section, we have you respond to us after each Work Preview; to provide your feedback and indicate whether we have your approval to proceed to the next step. As such, we do not offer refunds unless certain circumstances apply (Neado Designs Terms of Service Agreement.)
A: You can find out how much time you have left, what has been worked on and how long it took on your customized Timesheet (located in your Client Admin Account.) We also email friendly reminders as your time runs out.
A: We accept Paypal, Mastercard and Visa. All Payments are in US currency.
A: Yes, our Clients are first to know (via email) about our Promotion Codes as they become available.
A: If you have a website, absolutely. For Domain purchase, we recommend Go Daddy, as they are a very reputable company. We suggest Host Gator for hosting, for the same reason.
A: A: Yes, we can provide you with all of these services (most of which are offered by our programming department), as they are standard to creating websites.
A: We do not offer custom-made Vector Logos and Graphics at this time, but will be in the near future.
A: The removal of the small linked logo image to Neado Designs is subject to a onetime fee, at the discretion of Neado Designs
